We want you to love every piece you order from Store Barnard. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

🛍️ Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In their original condition with tags attached

    • Returned in the original or similar protective packaging

🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer free size exchanges on eligible items.

  • If you'd like a different color or style, you may return the original item and place a new order.

💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a prepaid return label.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
